Thank you Kriszti! I bet it's especially hard being an extrovert under full lockdown!

I don't know how it is where you live, but I honestly don't even think you'll need a sign once things open back up. I think people will be more willing (or excited even) to have random chats that can start with just a smile or hello. I think more people will be open to friendly conversation—something that maybe we took for granted before the pandemic :)
