Ever had an epiphany? Maybe it happened after waking up from a night’s rest (or unrest), while driving, or during a walk. But you suddenly realize something with full clarity that you hadn’t before…

Through experience, observation, and the constant (sometimes gut-punching) changes in our current world, I’ve had some epiphanies. The latest epiphany came as hard truths that apply to me — things that I have to constantly remind myself of. There’s important work for us to do. We can't let these things hold us back:

You’re delaying

Most of us have daydreamed. There’s something you imagine yourself doing but haven’t manifested it into reality. It could be pursuing a job, a promotion, a degree or certification, a new client, a new industry, a new skillset, changing careers, starting a particular project, starting to freelance — maybe even creating a business. Fear of the unknown, not knowing where to start, lack of confidence, lack of support, or something else could be holding you back.

These roadblocks are causing a delay in your taking just one step toward what you truly want. Progress only requires one step at a time (big or small). The longer you delay, the more time goes by that you could have used to get started. How long will you delay your progress?
